Cancellation Policy
We value your time and the time of our professionals. Therefore:
- Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
- Repeated cancellations (more than twice consecutively) may lead to temporary account suspension.
- Taafi Plus reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to technical or professional reasons, in which case the client will be notified and refunded if applicable.
